The Dogs By Beks experience is unique, and handlers are expected to manage multiple dogs, breeds, sizes and ages. The dogs look to their handlers for strong leadership and direction, and recognition of their needs and wants, and it requires a calm and stable energy for the pack to function together.

If you're interested in working for Dogs By Beks, the following qualities will be really important:

• A basic understanding of dog behaviour at a minimum

• Experience and ability to manage several dogs

• Experience walking multiple dogs on lead at one time

• A calm & assertive nature

• Ability to provide leadership and direction

• Level-headed and ability to remain calm when stressed

• Self-starter and uses common sense

• Full, clean drivers licence
